What is PlayAway?
PlayAway is a promotion that allows you to layaway your Season Passes, and pay in three equal, monthly installments. Each month, your credit card entered at purchase will be charged $23.33 per pass ordered. This program is active January 3rd through March 5, 2017. All purchases must be paid in full by May 1, 2017.
Will my Season Pass be good for admission to SplashTown at Darien Lake?
Yes, all 2018 tickets, Season Passes, and accommodations stays include admission to both the theme and water park.
Can my Season Passes be used at Six Flags Theme Parks? Is my Six Flags Season Pass valid at Darien Lake?
No. Passes may not be used at Six Flags Theme Parks, nor does Darien Lake accept Six Flags Season Passes for Park Admission.
Can my Season Passes be used at Premier Parks, LLC properties?
Yes, you may use your 2017 Darien Lake Season Pass at the following Premier Parks properties: Clementon Amusement Park (NJ), Nashville Shores (TN), Frontier City (OK), Rapids Water Park (FL), Wet & Wild Hawaii (HI), Wet & Wild Palm Springs (CA), Wet & Wild Phoenix (AZ), Wet & Wild Splashtown (TX), and White Water Bay (OK). Please contact the aforementioned parks directly for hours of operation and how to use Season Pass for entry.
I am divorced and want duplicate Season Passes for my children - one set for me, and one set for my ex. Can I do this?
Unfortunately, due to processing difficulties, duplicate passes cannot be produced, as the system would void out the first set. Guests are encouraged to share or purchase a second set of passes to alleviate ownership issues. Darien Lake will grant admission to all valid Season Pass Holders, regardless of names of Guests or Guardians present during your visit.
Does my entire family need to process their Season Passes at the same time?
No. Individual vouchers can be separated individually and processed at different times.
I lost my Season Pass. What can I do?
Replacement cards may be printed in Guest Relations for $15/pass.
I lost my Season Pass voucher. What can I do?
If you purchased your vouchers online, you may re-print your vouchers by revisiting your confirmation email. If you need further assistance, please contact Accesso Marketing at 407-956-3549. Season Pass vouchers purchased at Tops are treated like cash and are non-refundable and not replaceable.
Can I get my picture on my Season Pass?
Due to our new park systems, cards no longer have pictures on them. These cards allow for quicker processing and easier entry. You will still need your picture taken during processing, as your photo will appear on the front gate iPad monitors. This prevents theft and someone else from using your Season Pass.
I purchased my Season Passes online and have not received my vouchers yet. What should I do?
When you order online, you must select either “print at home,” “mobile,” or a shipping service option. Vouchers to be printed or viewed on mobile will be received via confirmation email shortly after your purchase is paid in full. Orders that are to be shipped will be received approximately 14 days after the order is placed. If you still need assistance, please call Accesso Marketing at 407-956-3549.
When can I get my Season Pass processed?
Before the season begins, you may come to the Administration building at the park to process your Season Pass. However, you will not receive your benefits (Membership Benefit Guide, Souvenir Mug, or Tickets) until your first visit to the park. You will only be able to receive those items once the park is operating. When the park opens for the season, the Season Pass Processing Office opens an hour before the park and closes two hours prior to park closing. If it is closed upon your arrival to the park, please go directly to Guest Relations for assistance.
How do I receive my FREE souvenir mug, FREE coupon book, and FREE tickets?
You must visit the park and process your pass on or before Monday May 29th, 2017 in order to receive your FREE benefits. All of your benefits will be loaded directly onto your Season Pass, based on the date that you have your Season Pass processed.
When are my Bring-A-Friend passes valid, and how many will I receive?
Your Bring-A-Friend passes will be loaded electronically onto your Season Pass for the 2017 season!
Simply visit the park on the valid dates of your Free Friend Tickets with your Friend!

Can I use all of my Bring-A-Friend tickets at once?
Yes, you may use all of your tickets at once, if they are all valid. Your Bring-a-Friend Free passes will be loaded directly on to your Season Pass. Season Pass Holder must accompany their Guest to the park to validate their Season Pass benefit.
What kind of ticketing discounts do I receive as a Season Pass holder?
Season Pass Holders will receive access to purchasing discount tickets for friends under (3) different programs.

Is every Season Pass holder eligible for pre-sale concert tickets to 2017 Live Nation shows at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center?
Yes, every Season Pass holder will receive an email regarding pre-sale ticket offers for select shows prior to the pre-sale date. Season Pass holders will be sent a promotion code to use to purchase tickets. However, tickets are limited and are first-come, first-serve. Pre-Sale Tickets will not be offered after tickets go on sale to the general public. Furthermore, only select 2017 shows will offer pre-sale opportunities.
At what age must I purchase a Season Pass for my child?
All children three-and-up must have a Season Pass to enter the park. Children two-and-under are FREE!
How much is a children’s Season Pass?
All Season Passes are the same price, as there are many rides, shows, and attractions to excite guests of all ages!
I lost my souvenir mug. What can I do?
You may report a lost or stolen souvenir mug to Guest Relations, and a replacement mug will be offered to you at a discounted rate.
My souvenir mug is broken, or it melted in the dishwasher. What can I do?
You may bring your broken or melted mug to Guest Relations, and a replacement mug will be offered to you when you return your other one.
I’m not receiving Season Pass emails. How can I be put on the list?
We may have had trouble retrieving your email from the Season Pass voucher that was processed. You can sign up for Season Pass emails by clicking HERE. Simply fill in the requested criteria, and select the “Season Pass” checkbox at the bottom.
Do I receive a parking vehicle decal for FREE parking?
Season Passes that come with FREE parking will have the parking entitlement encoded on your Season Pass card. You will not need a decal or listing on your card this season. Your Season Pass will be scanned at the Toll Booth, and therefore, you may bring any car, as long as you have your pass with you.
What is the Season Pass Meal Plan?
The Season Pass Meal Plan can only be used by Season Pass holders, and can be purchased when you purchase your Season Pass or at a later date. It allows you to receive one meal per daily visit from a selected list of meals that are available in the park. This Meal Plan does not include drinks, souvenir mugs, snacks, etc. If you visit the Meal Plan web page HERE or the online store, you will see a list of meals that are available, and more information about this premium Season Pass option.
Is it more expensive for the Season Pass Meal Plan?
Yes, the Season Pass Meal Plan is always double the price of the current Season Pass price. For example, if the Season Pass is $69.99, the Meal Plan is an additional $69.99. The final total would be $139.98 + tax.
How do I add a Meal Plan at a later date?
You may visit the online store at any time and select “Meal Plan ONLY.” When the park is open, you may visit any ticket booth or Guest Relations to add to your pass, as well.
How will the food stands know I am a Season Pass Meal Plan holder?
Your Meal Plan entitlement will be encoded directly on your Season Pass card. Simply present it at Food Stands and have the Pass scanned to complete your purchase for that day.
Can I share my Meal Plan with others?
No, you may not share Season Pass cards or Meal Plans with anyone else. Your picture will appear on the iPad letting the food service staff know who is eligible to use the card.
Does my Season Pass include admission to events like Kingdom Bound and Harvest Festival?
Yes, your Season Pass admits you to Harvest Festival in the Fall. Season Pass holders can attend many things associated with Kingdom Bound, however, there are some separate events that must be paid for through Kingdom Bound. Please visit Kingdom Bound’s website for more information.
Is there a Halloween-themed event this season?
Unfortunately, no, there will not be a Halloween-themed event at Darien Lake. The park will be closing at the end of September, and previous Halloween/late-Fall seasons have not been well-attended due to the unpredictability of weather. However, we’ll have Harvest Festival during the last two weekends of operation, which will feature live bands, food trucks, beer gardens, games, crafts, and more!
I missed the deadline to receive a FREE souvenir mug. Can I purchase one in the park?
Yes, you may purchase a refill souvenir mug in the park at most food stands. There are a few different options, and mugs range anywhere from $11.99 - $24.99 + tax.
I missed the deadline to receive FREE parking. Can I purchase season-long parking to add to my Season Pass?
Yes, you may purchase season-long parking at Guest Relations for $20 + tax.
I lost my coupon book. Can I have it replaced?
For the 2017 Season, Season Pass benefits are electronically available on your Season Pass Card! There are no coupons to carry!

Does using my Season Pass provide me any discounts in the park?
Every Season Pass comes with pre-loaded multiple electronica offers for lodging, food, retail, games, and attractions. These benefits are exclusively provided to Season Pass holders, and are outlined on their Season Pass Membership Benefit Guide provided at the Season Pass Processing Center. At times, other special offers will be emailed to Season Pass holders for use during your visit.
Do you have a text club? If so, how can I join?
Yes, we do! Please text “DARIEN” to 98500, and you will be asked to accept membership to the text club. Once you complete this, you will receive every text message we send to our club.
Are there other add-on options for a Season Pass holder?
Yes, you may choose a season-long locker or season-long tube with your Season Pass that guarantees you use of a locker and/or a tube all season long. Get them at our online store.
